2 egg whites
1 C. sugar
⅓ C. water
tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place first four ingredients in top of double boiler. Beat on high for one minute. Place over boiling water and continue to beat for another 7 minutes. Remove and add vanilla. Beat for an additional 2 minutes. You can add food coloring if desired.
