1 clove garlic 11/2 Cups dry white wine 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 cups Jarlsberg cheese, grated. 2 Cups Gruyere cheese, grated 1 teaspoon flour 1 Tablespoons dry mustard 1 Tablespoons chives,snipped Pepper and cayenne, to taste French bread ,for serving

Rub inside of fondue pot with clove of garlic. Heat wine with lemon juice carefully. Mix with grated cheeses. Combine the two mixtures and heat until cheeses melt.Pour into fondue pot and add other seasonings.Beat if made day before serving.
