2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut in half if large
2/3 c low sodium soy sauce
1 T freshly grated ginger
1/3 c brown sugar or honey
1 t grated fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Put all marinade ingredients into a ziplock bag or covered container, mix together
Add chicken thighs and massage to cover in marinade
Seal and marinate at least for a couple of hours or overnight

Grill thighs and discard excess marinade
Thighs remain moist after cooking
