Ingredients:
I 1/2 cups tuna and mixed with sweet pickle and mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups egg salad (I mix hard boiled eggs with chopped olives, mayonnaise and a touch of mustard)
1.1/2 cups deviled ham (I mix ham and American cheese in a food processor, then moisten with mayonnaise)

1 loaf unsliced white bread
2 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the crusts from the loaf with a good bread knife. Slice the bread into four layers, and fill between them with the salads in any order.
Build the bread back into a loaf and frost it with softened cream cheese ( you might have to add milk, cream or mayonnaise to make the cream cheese more spreadable, but you can also purchase the spreadable variety. Just make sure it's Philadelphia Brand original, not low fat or mixed with anything. Chill overnight. Slice into 3/4 inch slices.

Personal Notes:
I have made three of four of these at a time for Easter brunches over the years. My mother, Hazel Maupin, gave me the recipe and said they were popular for luncheons in the fifties. They are very rich and filling, but go with almost any meat, especially ham. They garnish well too...tomatoes or grapes or green olives or???
