6 medium potatoes
cup of butter ( a stick)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
⅓ cup green onions, chopped
1 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or microwave potatoes until tender. Peel and chop them. Heat butter in a medium size sauce pan. Whisk in the cream of chicken soup. Once well combined remove from heat and blend sour cream, green onion, and cheese into the soup. In a large bowl stir soup mixture into the potatoes. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until hot and lightly browned on top.
