2 cups diced vidalia onion
1 cups mayo
2 cups shredded parmigiano/reggiano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl.
2. Transfer mixture to casserole dish.
3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
4. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
