Ingredients:
1 pkg of Crescent rolls
1 Lb. Smoked Gouda (you can also use Brie)
1 Fresh Jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 Small jar of Jalapeno jam or any fruit mixed with jalapeno jam

Directions:
Directions:
Open Crescent rolls and lay out flat on a greased baking pan making sure the creases will stick together. Lay the cheese circle in the middle and wrap the Crescent rolls around the cheese. Bake according to pkg. Will want to keep a close eye because Crescent rolls will begin to brown before cheese is all the way cooked through. I covered with foil to keep from burning and then uncovered and watched until golden. Letís try shredding to see if cheese melts faster. Anyways, once the outside of the Crescent rolls is brown cover in jam topped with diced jalapeno. Serve with your favorite cracker.
