Ingredients:  
2 tablespoons butter melted
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat pan to medium
in a large bowl, beat egg until frothy, put sugar into bowl with egg
sift flour into bowl and add butter, baking powder and milk
mix gently and pour batter onto greased preheated pan.
when bubbles appear all over pancake flip over.
