2 C cornflour (I use cornmeal and pulse in a food processor/blender, for finer particles)
1/2 C sunflower seeds
1/2 C Sesame seeds
1/2 C Pumpkin seeds
1/2 C Flax seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C rapeseed, sunflower or other natural oil
2 C boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, spread with a spatula to the edges of a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake one hour at 315F. Let cool then break into cracker sized pieces.
