1 lb mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced lengthwise
1 tsp lemon juice
cup butter
2 Tbsp dry sherry
salt and pepper to taste
red chili flakes to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms and dry. Squeeze lemon juice on mushrooms and toss well. Melt butter in large skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook over medium-high heat. Once the mushrooms start to get watery add the sherry. When liquid is reduced by half reduce heat and cook until all liquid is absorbed.
