2 lb fresh spinach
2 cloves garlic, chopped
cup of olive oil
red chili flakes to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add washed spinach and cook until wilted (about 5 minutes). Drain into a colander and using the back of a spoon press until most of the water has been removed. Heat oil in a skillet and add garlic and chili flakes. Cook 1 minute and add spinach, salt, and pepper. Saute until well combined and spinach is hot.
