3 fresh large tomatoes
½ cup Felice's bread crumbs
¼ cup grated parmesan
¼ cup green onions, minced
⅓ cup parsley, minced
¼ cup (½ a stick) melted butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cut tomatoes in half and squeeze out the seeds to make room for filling. Place tomatoes halves in a lightly buttered baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Divide mixture evenly on top of the tomatoes and press down until tomatoes are filled. Bake 15 minutes or until filling is golden brown.
