1 can cream of Chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups white minute rice
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 to 1 1/2 pounds each of chicken legs and thighs (about 5 or 6 of each)
Garlic powder, lemon pepper, to flavor
1 1/2 tablespoons chives (optional)

Mix in bowl: cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, butter, chives, lemon juice. Add in uncooked minute rice. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Take pieces of chicken and push into mixture across the dish. Use lemon pepper and garlic powder to sprinkle over chicken for flavor.

Bake 350 degree oven. 2 hours covered. Additional 30-45 minutes uncovered or until chicken begins to brown. Putting an insulated cookie sheet under dish helps to keep rice from getting crunchy but isnít necessary.
