2 c. cooked or canned pumpkin or 1 c. of each
2 t. melted butter
c. sugar
t. ginger
2 t. cinnamon
t. salt
2 eggs
1 c. whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, spices, and salt. Add eggs and mix well. Blend in pumpkin and slowly add milk and melted butter. You may speed up the baking by melting the butter with part of the milk in the microwave before adding it to the pumpkin mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cook at 350 F for about 45-60 or until set.
