Halves of fresh or canned peaches
1 egg or 2 egg yolks
2 T. flour
⅔ - 1 c. granulated sugar
⅓ c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 ºF. Line a pie pan with a single pie crust. Place the peaches, cut side up, in the pie shell. Combine the rest of the ingredients and blend well. Pour or spoon the mixture over peaches in the pie pan and bake for 15 minutes at 400 ºF, reducing the heat to 300 ºF and baking it for an additional 50 minutes longer. Serve warm or, if cold, garnish with whipped cream
