¾ c. granulated sugar
1 t. cinnamon
2 T. cornstarch
2 qt. blueberries
Juice and some zest of a fresh lemon (opt.)

Pour dry ingredients over berries, gently folding them together to coat. Pour into prepared crust, topping with crust. lattice, or crumb topping. Bake at 350 ºF on a lipped cookie sheet so that overflowing juices do not ruin the oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until crust is golden and juices begin to overflow,
