Loaf:
2 eggs
Ham loaf - ground up ham like hamburger
1/2 C bread crumbs
1 C Milk

Topping:
3/4 C brown sugar
1tsp dry mustard
3/4 C water
1/4 C white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Loaf:
Mix milk and bread crumbs. Let milk absorb milk.
Mix remaining ingredients to form a loaf.
Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350º

Loaf Topping:
Cook topping ingredients until brown sugar is melted and pour over ham loaf.
Bake loaf for an additional 15 minutes and serve.
