1 baked or graham cracker pie crust
4 T. cornstarch
⅛ t. salt
1 c. sugar
½ t. cinnamon
1 c. water
1 c. frozen or fresh blueberries
1 T lemon juice
3 c fresh blueberries, cleaned

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients in a saucepan. Add water and the 1 c. of fresh or frozen blueberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils and becomes shiny and dark blue. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and gently fold in the fresh blueberries. Pour into pie shell and chill until ready to eat.
