All ingredients go into a blender...

2 cups whole milk...
3/4 cup of sugar...
2/3 cup of Bisquik...
1 t vanilla...
4 eggs...
1/4 cup butter, melted...
3/4 cup shredded coconut, sweetened...
Dash of nutmeg...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350...
Grease a pie shell, make the crust from scratch or buy pie shell at your grocery store, if purchasing pie shell cook it 1/2 way, let it cool, fill it with ingredients and bake as directed...
Blend all ingredients for 5 minutes in the blender..
Pour into pie shell and put in oven for 45 minutes...
Giggle pie, if it is loose other than the middle, put back in oven to continue cooking, check every 5 minutes,
Only take out if it giggles some in middle of pie...
Rest for 1 hour before cutting into...
Serve with whipped cream, if desired...
Enjoy!
