1 9" deep dish pie shell, thawed
2 C shredded sharp cheddar
1 C chopped ham (or bacon)
1/4 C yellow onion, finely chopped
3 eggs beaten
1/2 C mayo
1/2 C evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Toss together meat, cheese, onion. Spoon into pie crust. Whisk together remaining ingredients until well-blended. Pour over meat/cheese mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 375 or until golden and knife inserted into center comes out clean.
