6-8 medium potatoes
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup (or cream of chicken)
1 medium onion
1 tsp garlic salt
1 to 1 1/2 cups milk (according to how thick you want the soup)

Directions:
Directions:
Cube potatoes, dice onion and boil until tender with water about 1 inch above.
Stir in cream cheese, butter, soups, milk and garlic salt.
Salt and pepper to taste.
