1 (2 lb) packaged frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Gently mix and pour into prepared pan. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
