6-8 slices white bread
1 lb. cooked sausage, crumbled
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c. Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 dish. Trim crusts from bread and fit whole pieces into bottom of pan. Mix eggs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and milk in separate bowl. Spread evenly cooked sausage over bread then pour egg/milk/sauce mixture into pan. Spread cheeses evenly on top. Cover pan tightly and refrigerate overnight. Bake next morning at 350 uncovered for 30 minutes or until brown.
