1 Package (16 oz) elbow macaroni
1 Large can evaporated milk
2 Tablespoons prepared mustard
1 Teaspoon pepper
2 Cups (8oz) shredded mild cheddar cheese, divided
2 Cups (8oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
2 Eggs
¼ Cup butter, melted
1 Teaspoon seasoned salt
8 Ounce Velvetta cheese, melted

Directions:

1. Cook Macaroni according to package directions.

2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, butter, mustard, seasoned salt, and pepper until combined.

3. Stir in the Velvetta cheese and 1½ cups of each cheese.

4. Drain macaroni.

5. Stir into cheese mixture. Pour into baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray.

6. Top. With remaining cheese.

7. Bake uncovered at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are bubbly.
