1 cup flour
cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
teaspoon salt
cup milk
cup chunky peanut butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

TOPPING/SAUCE
1 cup packed brown sugar
cup cocoa
1 cups boiling water
Ice Cream

In 2-quart microwave safe casserole dish, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, peanut butter, oil and vanilla until smooth.

TOPPING/SAUCE
Sprinkle brown sugar and cocoa over cake mixture. Pour boiling water over batter. Microwave uncovered at 50% for 9 minutes. Check and microwave uncovered on high for additional 5 minutes until top is almost dry. While warm, spoon into dishes and top with ice cream.
