1 can cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup of mayonaise
¼ cup of sour cream
1 diced medium or large onion (according to taste)
2½ cups diced squash
1 box bread crumbs (stove top regular flavor)
½ cup fine shredded cheese (mild cheddar)
½ cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Dice squash, put in pan with 1-inch of water and cook till tender. Stir together soup, mayo, onions, sour cream and cheese, then stir in squash. Spray casserole pan, pour in mixture. Mix bread crumbs and butter till moist, then put on top of casserole. Cook until bread crumbs start to brown or mixture bubbles (about 10 minutes). Take out and sprinkle cheese over top and put back in oven till cheese melts.
