1/2 cup of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 can pineapple
3 eggs separated
1 cup white sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
5 tbsp pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9 by 13 pan. Add brown sugar and drained pineapple to butter. Set aside. In a large bowl beat egg yolks and white sugar. Mix together dry ingredients and add to egg and sugar mixture. Add pineapple juice. beat egg whites in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Fold into cake batter. Pour batter over Pineapple in cake pan. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
