Granny's Rice Pudding Recipe

2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 quart whole milk
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/3 cup rice
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in water with lid on.  Mix together eggs and sugar in saucepan.  Mix together cornstarch and milk.  Slowly stir milk and cornstarch mixture into the egg mixture.  Cook and stir until bubbly.   Remove from heat and add salt and vanilla, stir in rice.  Can be served warm or cold.
