1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. milk
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 T. minced onion


3 T. sugar
1 T. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. ketchup

Gently mix beef, milk, oatmeal, salt, pepper and onion. Form loosely into balls. Arrange in a casserole dish (very close together). Cover meat balls with sauce mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
