1 slice plain bread
1/4 cup milk
11/4 pounds ground meat, preferably a mixture of beef, pork and veal
1 egg lightly beaten
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese.
2 Tbs minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp finely minced garlic
1/2 tsp course salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread into pieces and combine with milk, let stand 5 minutes
Place meat in a large bowl. Add soaked bread, egg, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Using your hands, blend well but try not to squeeze too much.
Form into meatballs about 11/2 inches in size.

Preheat over to 350ºF. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange meatballs on baking sheet so they are not touching.
Bake 15 minutes.
