1/2 pint sour cream
1 cup flour, 1 t. soda, 1/2 t. salt
1 egg
1 T. vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 T sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Serves 3 to 4. I make the night before and use in the morning. Can double if you need more.
