3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 t. soda
3/4 cup flour

Filling:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 t. vanilla
2 T. butter
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all batter ingredients together. Place parchment paper on jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides) and spread batter on parchment paper. (Leave about an inch of parchment overhanging). Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.

While baking, sprinkle powdered sugar on dishcloth. Remove pan from oven and grasp parchment paper edges. Flip over on dishcloth and roll up in cloth. Let cool.

Unroll cake and spread filling. Re-roll and refrigerate or freeze.
