3 cups mashed sweet potatoes(not from can)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 T. Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup butter

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour(I omit this if you have gluten free guests)
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter thoroughly. Pour into buttered 1-quart casserole. Mix all topping ingredients together with a fork. sprinkle the crumbs on top of the casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
