12 boiled eggs
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
2 Tblsp mayonnaise
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tblsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Tabasco
1/2 cup fresh chopped herbs - see note

Directions:
Directions:
Boil egg. Peel cut lengthwise. Remove yolk. Add remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Place back into egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
