1 Egg White
1 tsp Cold Water
6 cups Whole Almonds
1/2 cup White Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250ºF
Lightly grease a jelly roll pan. Set pan aside
Beat the egg white, add water and beat until frothy but not stiff. Add the nuts, and stir until well coasted. Mix the sugar, salt and cinnamon together in a measuring cup and sprinkly over the nuts. Toss gently and spread evenly on prepared pan
Bake for 1 hour, gently turning occassionally until nuts are golden. Allow to cool completely.
Store nuts in airtight containers
