6-7 pieces of sun dried tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ tsp. salt (I add less than this)
2 T. olive oil
1 can (16 oz.) chickpeas or garbanzo beans
¼ c. liquid from can of chickpeas
3-5 T. lemon juice
(I use the whole lemon)
1½ T. tahini

Cut each sundried tomato from the jar into quarters. Put all ingredients in the food processor/blender and blend until smooth or until the texture that you prefer.
