1 ¾ c. all-purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
½ c. butter, softened
½ c. white sugar
½ c. peanut butter
½ c. packed brown sugar
1 egg- beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 T. milk
40 miniature chocolate covered PB cups (unwrapped)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Sift together flour, salt, and baking soda
Crema together, butter, sugar, peanut butter, brown sugar, til fluffy.
Beat in egg, vanilla, and milk.
Add flour mix, mix well.
Shape into 40 balls and place in ungreased mini muffin pan
Bake for about 8 minutes
Remove from oven and immediately press mini peanut butter cup into each ball
Cool and carefully remove

This recipe was passed on to me from a friend at exercise class!! Has become a great favorite with our son, always devoured first, ahead of any other cookies I take him! Now has to race his son in getting to the right container!!
