2 cups pasta
2 Tbsp. Butter or Margerine
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 1/2 cups Milk
2 cups Cheese
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the Pasta in water for 20min. While the pasta cooks put the flour and butter in a medium saucepan. Whisk together when melted. Cook for one minute then add the milk. When the sauce begins the thicken add the cheese. Add salt to taste. Drain the pasta and cover it in the sauce.

Optional: Place in a 9 by 9 baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes.
