1-1/2 cups frozen unsweetened pineapple chunks (alternatively, if you don't have frozen pineapples, use the fresh fruit and double the amount of ice instead.)
1/4 cup ice
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1-3 tbsp. brown sugar (optional)
Garnish: Fresh pineapple wedges
Garnish: Maraschino cherry

Blend all ingredients together, pour into glasses and garnish.
