5 small potatoes, diced
2 carrots, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 qt Lima beans
1 pint corn
1 tsp black pepper
1 T sugar
1 qt V8© Juice
1 Ham Bone (Country ham is the best)

Directions:
Directions:
Place the potatoes, carrots, celery, Lima beans and onion in stock pot. Add enough water to cover vegetables. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer for 45 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.

This is a great soup!! Every year Aunt June used to send us a whole country ham for Christmas. Granddaddy would use the ham bone to make this soup.
