1 lb crab meat
½ stick butter
⅓ c flour
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 T green pepper, minced
1 T pimento
½ c water
2½ c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Stir in peppers and pimento. Don't let butter get too hot. Stir in flour a little bit at a time. Add ½ c of water, slowly. Add chicken bouillon. Stir like crazy. Add milk, stir until hot, add crabmeat. Heat but do not boil.
