1 Frying chicken
1 tsp. salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup flour
½ cup milk
2 eggs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
¼ teaspoon pepper
Fat or oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken in serving pieces, and season with salt and pepper. Mix flour, milk, eggs, salt, pepper and paprika into a smooth batter.

Set batter aside for 1/2 hour.

Dip the chicken in the better, and fry in deep fat or oil until brown on all sides and well cooked. Drain well on absorbent paper and serve hot.
