3 T butter
3 T flour
1 can chicken broth
c milk

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour. Cook a few minutes, stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in broth and milk a little at a time. Cook, stirring until thickened.

Note: You can substitute beef broth for the chicken broth and make a beef flavored gravy.
