Directions:Put yeast in warm water and let it dissolve. Add evaporated milk. Add melted butter. Stir in the beaten eggs. Add flour and stir as long as you can stir until the dough looks smooth. Do not knead. Cover with damp cloth and place in refrigerator. Use as needed for dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, etc. Take out a portion of dough as needed and place on a floured board and knead slightly. Roll out and cut with a drinking glass or round cookie cutter, place in baking pan. Bake at 350º for about 12 - 15 minutes. Dough keeps for about 4 days in refrigerator. |

Notes: Mom is famous for these great rolls. For cinnamon rolls she rolls out dough, brushes with melted butter, then sprinkles generously with a cinnamon/sugar mixture (may add some brown sugar also). Then cuts the dough into 2 inch strips and rolls each strip into a cinnamon roll. Place the rolls in a pan in a warm area and let them rise. (Usually about 20 minutes.) Then bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
