1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 cup butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups powdered sugar
4 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Press all ingredients except chocolate chips into a cookie sheet. Melt the chocolate chips (be careful not to burn!) and pour over the peanut butter mix.

Alternative:

You can roll the peanut butter mixture into 1 inch balls, dip into melted chocolate, and place on waxed paper to cool and set.
