1 pkg large lima beans
1/3" salt pork
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 can condensed tomato souup

Directions:
Directions:
Soak limas overnight in 1 1/2 quarts water.

Bring to boil. Add salt pork and boil gently until nearly tender, about 30-45 minutes.

Fry onion & garlic in hot oil. Sprinkle with chili powder. Mix well. Stir in tomato soup, 1 1/2 cups cooked liquid from limas, worchestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard, brown sugar, lemon juice and salt. Heat to boil. Pour over beans in casserole. Top with salt pork. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
