1 yellow cake mix with pudding
1 can coco lopez
8 oz Cool Whip
1 bag of sweetened coconut (for less sweet cake, use unsweetened coconut)

Directions:
Directions:
Follow cake recipe and add 1 cup of coconut to batter. Bake in a 9x13 pan. While cake is cooling, but still warm, poke holes with a fork across the top. Pour coco lopez over cake. When completely cool, ice cake with Cool Whip and cover with rest of coconut. Serve and enjoy!
