Crust:
1 1/4 c graham crackers, crushed
2 T sugar
2 T margarine, melted

Filling:
1 lb cream cheese
1 c sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 16 oz container sour cream (can use lite)

Topping:
Canned cherries, blueberries, or fresh strawberries drizzled with melted jelly (optionable)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham crackers, sugar and margarine
Pat into 9 inch spring form pan

Beat cream cheese with sugar
Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, mix well

Pour cheese mixture into crust

Bake 375 degrees for 30 min
Leave cake in oven with door closed- oven turned off- 1 hour

When cake is cooled top with fruit
