32 ounce packaged frozen hash browns thawed
8 ounces diced ham
2 cans Campbell's condensed cream of potato soup
16 ounce sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 to 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
In large bowl mix hash browns, ham and cheddar cheese. In a smaller bowl mix cream of potato soup
and sour cream. Combine soup mixture with the hash brown mixture. Spread evenly into the prepared dish.
Sprinkle with desired amount of Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
