1 pkg yeast
1/4 cup warm water
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp salt
3 beaten eggs
4 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside. Scald milk. Add sugar, butter and salt. Combine with yeast. Add eggs and flour. Let raise. Divide into 3 balls. Roll out into circles and brush with melted butter. Cut each circle into 12 triangles. Roll up and let raise. Bake at 350-375 until golden (about 6 mintues).
